The machaca burro was flavorful and the tortilla was appropriately chewy and tasty. Surprisingly, the shrimp enchiladas sauce was light colored, very mild, thick and not very flavorful. The red chili sauce is the standard I use to judge a restaurant. I am confused because the machaca burro was excellent and the enchiladas were disappointing. Maybe chef had an off day. Will try it again sometime and try their menudo and tamales. Waiter was attentive and helpful.September 06, 2016
